RATES and service notes

$275 per hour - 3 hour minimum for all moves
(four person moving rate)

All moves will require a site visit for a final quote. We are currently taking inquiries for moves starting August 2026.

SERVICE NOTES

• All items must be boxed securely and labeled in advance - we will only move taped boxes.

• Mirrors, TVs, lamps, and art need to be properly boxed up and padded with newspaper or bubble wrap and packed in boxes

• Absolutely everything must be labeled so our movers can drop them in the correct rooms (painters tape works great as labels!)

• We will wrap furniture with furniture pads, blankets and/or shrink wrap for protection.

• We can take your bed apart; additional furniture disassembly may incur a fee

• As a new company, we are currently operating out of rented trucks (we’ll be fundraising for our own truck soon!)

THINGS WE CANNOT DO

• We cannot take any hardware out of walls. 

• We cannot move flammable items, pets, or trash.

• No loose items will be moved (pack everything securely!)

• We do not currently move large office or large commercial spaces.
